RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

Simply follow these instructions within 30 days of purchase:

1. The item/suit must be unworn and still have the tags attached. 

2. Add in a separate paper with why you are returning your item.  

3. Package up the return using any type of postage/package you like. We will refund your original $11 shipping cost (if paid on original order) in place of sending a return label. 

4. All SALE items are non-refundable. Exchanges may be made while supplies last.

Send your return(s) back for a refund by following the return instructions above. Place a new order online for your replacement item(s).

 

I received my suit as a gift. I want something else. What do I do?
Request a gift code in the comments section of your return form and include your email address. Once your suit/item is received, we can send you a gift code for you to place a new order so you don't have to bother the gift giver.

How long will it take my return to process?
Allow 2 weeks after we receive your return for your refund of your item(s) plus tax + $5 shipping. You will be sent a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

I lost my packing slip/receipt, what do I do?
Email hello@starfyshws.com and we will send you a copy of your receipt. 

I live out of the US and want to return. Can I return my order?
If you’re willing to pay to have the garments shipped back to us, we’ll refund your product amount, but can’t refund any shipping, taxes or duty collected by your government.

 Why hasn't the refund shown up on my account?
Once you get the confirmation email it may take 2-3 days for the refund to show on your statement, so don’t be worried if it doesn’t show instantly.
